Rite Med Group is seeking a full time, experienced, Nurse Practitioner for an Assisted Living Facility near Flushing, NY.

The pay range for the Nurse Practitioner position is: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year.
Nurse Practitioner Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Discussing and reviewing patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
- Asking patients situation-specific questions to make sure they get the care they need
- Formulating suitable treatment plans to address non-threatening conditions
- Prescribing various diagnostic tests to aid in providing accurate diagnoses
- Analyzing diagnostic test results and explaining them to patients
- Maintaining accurate records of patient's contact details, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress
- Advising patients on suitable diets and exercise regimens to improve their overall health.
- Assisting patients in managing chronic health conditions
- Recording accurate and timely notes in EMR
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation by completing all required forms and records before the end of each shift, in alignment with organizational standards and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- EMR experience
- Licensed NP/PA in NY
- At least 1 year experience in an urgent care setting or skilled nursing home experience (Required)
