Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. The Finance Manager helps car buyers choose financing and insurance options. Their duties include customer service, paperwork processing, and financial compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and support the organization's financial goals.
What will you do:
- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Along with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state, and corporate channels.
- Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Working closely and effectively communicating with salespeople, the accounting office, and sales managers
- Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
- Complete the Paperwork: The F&I manager is responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle. This means obtaining customer signatures on all necessary forms and also obtaining payoff and insurance information.
What you Will Need:
- Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
