As a life-cycle Temporary Senior Technical Recruiter, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. This role will work with our team located in Austin TX that is specialized on robotics within MedTech. The positions this recruiter will work on are highly technical in nature. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless and positive candidate experience. This role will require going into the Austin TX office once a week.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with company’s requirements, culture, and values.
- Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
- Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
Skills:
The Experience You Have:
- 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter
- 3+ years of experience working on technical positions
- Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
- Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience

Pay: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
