Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive quality inspections.

Utilize GMP standards to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like FDA regulations and HACCP protocols.

Perform regular quality audits across production lines to identify deviations and implement corrective actions promptly.

Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, process performance, and inspection results for reporting purposes.

Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other precision tools for detailed dimensional analysis of components.

Support the implementation of quality assurance initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications

Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with industry standards including, FDA regulations, HACCP, and CGMP.

Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues.

Ability to perform detailed documentation of inspection results and support quality audits effectively.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management principles such as QA/QC systems and quality systems compliance.
