Allora USA is a B2B wholesale supplier of kitchen and bath fixtures, working directly with contractors, developers, architects, fabricators, and procurement teams across multifamily, hospitality, and senior living projects. Through direct factory relationships and our own product line, we deliver quality fixtures at scale with pricing and service built for the trade. We're a growing, hands-on team where the right person has real ownership and a direct line to leadership.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, reliable right hand for our sales team: someone who runs toward incoming opportunities, follows through without being chased, and keeps the operation moving. This is a hybrid role: part inside sales, part sales operations, part hands-on support. You'll be the person who makes sure no lead goes cold and no customer waiting at the counter goes unhelped.
What You'll Do
- Respond to every inbound lead and inquiry fast — within 10 minutes by phone and email. Speed of response is the single biggest driver of whether we win the business.
- Own follow-up. Build and manage email follow-up sequences and nurture cadences, and stay on leads until they convert or hand off cleanly.
- Keep our CRM accurate and current so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Serve as the primary backup for walk-in customers, and support our sales admin during busy periods, including helping with customer pricing.
- Partner directly with our sales manager to refine and strengthen our sales process as we grow.
- Grow into supervising the sales admin and future sales hires as the team expands.
- What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or sales operations: ideally in B2B, wholesale, distribution, or building products.
- A genuinely fast, responsive worker with strong phone presence and clear, professional writing.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Common sense and an ownership mentality. You see what needs doing and you do it.
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Kitchen & bath, construction, or building-products knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
