This is a Sales Role with a hybrid model. Compensation can be negotiated between 2 structures. 1 will be a base pay with small commission, the other can be a very large commission structure with limited base pay.
Insurance Licensed with 3 or more years experience is encouraged. (Farmers Insurance Systems experience is highly desired)
```Duties:```
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Cross sell existing book of business to generate new business and round out the existing clientele
- Primary focused sales category (Life insurance and Homeowners/Personal)
- Generate Leads through your personal and professional Network
- Sell and close inbound leads provided by the agency
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients
- Process policy applications and ensure all required documentation is complete
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Property and Casualty, Life or both license’s highly proffered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for policy management
