We are a growing creative production company specializing in custom graphics, signage, commercial vehicle wraps, wall and window graphics, banners, and event branding. We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist who can balance creativity with hands-on production.
Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and layouts for clients (sometimes from scratch, sometimes based on client files)
- Prepare and set up files for large-format printing, cutting, and production
- Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and CNC router (training provided)
- Assist with vinyl cutting, weeding, mounting, and finishing of signs and graphics
- Ensure print quality, color accuracy, and proper material usage
- Keep production area organized and equipment in good working condition
- Occasionally assist with installations or shop support as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the sign and print industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to set up accurate print-ready files
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and production methods
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle large rolls of media
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday – Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
