```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Janitorial Supervisors to oversee the operations of multiple facilities in Woodbridge area. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness a of the facilities, as well as managing the onsite supervisor staff. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Janitorial Manager experience.
This is a PT position between 4pm & 10pm (M-F) (hours are flexible)
```Duties & Qualifications:```
- Manage and supervise a team of custodial supervisor staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of work performed, including cleaning schedules, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Responsible for multiple facilities.
- Responsible to oversee periodic work as well as special projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the janitorial industry.
- Must have floor maintenance experience in all type of floor works and floor machines.
- Must be able to speak fluently in English and Spanish
- Must have a good personal management skill and communication skill to communicate with clients and staff on daily basis.
- Must have strong computer skills (Emails, Microsoft word, Excel)
- Must have fully developed skills in a variety of cleaning processes.
- Must be able to pass background check and legal to work in the US.
- Experience in managing contract over 200,000 Square Footage is a plus.
- Have knowledge and skill to provide personnel training and supervision.
- Responsible for overall direction and coordination of assigned project.
- Must be available to work with flexible hours from 10am to 3pm.
