The AT&T Customer Representative plays a key role in helping Fresno’s businesses strengthen their connectivity, streamline communication, and unlock growth opportunities with AT&T.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, your sales training will teach you how AT&T helps our clients stop wasting time on tech headaches. You'll work in person with businesses that have been let down by their current providers, and you'll show them a better way with AT&T. The AT&T Customer Representative listens to their frustrations, explains what's possible, and recommends the right fit.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Connect business clients in person with AT&T Business services that help improve communication, workforce mobility, and client engagement.
- Support sales initiatives by introducing business clients to AT&T Business wireless plans, smartphones, and connectivity solutions.
- Identify client priorities and recommend AT&T Business services that provide value, flexibility, and operational support.
- Build rapport with business clients through sales interactions focused on understanding company needs.
- Promote AT&T Business offerings by demonstrating how communication solutions can support business growth and efficiency.
- Assist our clients in comparing service options and selecting AT&T Business solutions that fit their goals and budgets.
Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Interest in B2B sales or customer service is a plus.
- Detail‑oriented in managing data and documentation during sales processes.
- Resilience in fast‑paced sales environments while maintaining professionalism.
- Promotion of exclusive sales offers and bundles to maximize business satisfaction.
Pay: $950.00 - $1,500.00 per week
