FieldBridge Energy is hiring for multiple maintenance and mechanical roles in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, supporting the world's largest oilfield service company. Pay & Schedule
$24–$34/hour depending on role and experience | 3 weeks on x 3 weeks off rotation | 12+ hour shifts (varies by role) | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available
Example: at $34/hr and 84hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $3,604 gross.
Open Positions
Mechanic ($28–$34/hour)
For experienced mechanics with hands-on Caterpillar (CAT) equipment experience. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy equipment, engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, triplex pumps, tractors, and trailers.
Requires: 5+ years mechanic experience, CAT engine experience, hydraulic/transmission/pump repair experience.
Electronic Technician ($34/hour)
For mid-career techs experienced maintaining industrial, mechanical, or electronic equipment. You'll support reliability-centered maintenance, CMMS documentation, and continuous improvement in a Maintenance Base environment.
Requires: experience with industrial/mechanical or electronic equipment maintenance, familiarity with CMMS systems. Local Alaska residency preferred.
Maintenance Assistant ($24/hour)
A great entry point for candidates who want to build a maintenance career. You'll perform supervised, low-level maintenance tasks supporting a drilling operation, working directly under Technicians and Supervisors.
Requires: willingness to learn, ability to follow supervision, and current Alaska residency.
