Operate our Brand New 2026 Yamaha 222XE and AR220 Jetboats!
Duties
- Lead and manage boat operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently
- Oversee the rigging of watersports equipment, ensuring proper setup and maintenance for guest use
- Conduct pre-departure safety checks on vessels, including mechanical inspections and safety equipment verification
- Coordinate with guests to plan customized watersports experiences, including wakeboarding, tubing, or sailing adventures
- Manage crew responsibilities, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure seamless communication onboard
- Maintain detailed logs of trips, safety procedures, and equipment inspections for compliance purposes
- Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep vessels in optimal condition
Skills
- Valid OUPV (Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel) license with Six-Pack certification required
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical knowledge related to boat engines, rigging systems, and watersports equipment
- Experience with rigging techniques for various watersports activities
- Background in military service or related discipline preferred for discipline and leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and first aid standards
