Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
- Take and develop diagnostic radiology images (X-rays) to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing techniques, and overall oral hygiene best practices
- Assist dentists during examinations, procedures, and treatments with precision and care
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) efficiently to ensure accurate documentation of patient visits
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, including manual handling procedures and sterilization standards
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area while providing exceptional patient comfort and care
Skills
- Proven experience in critical care or acute care settings enhances your ability to handle diverse patient needs confidently
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) and CPR is essential for emergency preparedness
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare environments
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) systems for seamless documentation
- Ability to interpret diagnostic radiology images accurately for comprehensive patient assessment
- Excellent manual handling skills to ensure safe patient positioning and instrument management
