We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Staff / Facilities Support Associate to maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance at two locations: a private residence (approximately 3,000 sq. ft., 3-bedroom home) and a professional oral surgery practice (approximately 4,100 sq. ft.).
The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, is self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently. This position requires traveling between both locations during the workweek and occasional local errands.

Thorough cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and common spaces

Dusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, blinds, and accessible surfaces

Vacuuming carpets, rugs, upholstery, and stairs

Sweeping and mopping hard-surface flooring
-
Cleaning mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows as needed

Making beds and changing bed linens

Laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing household linens and towels

Emptying trash and recycling containers
-
Organizing closets, storage areas, pantry items, and household supplies

Monitoring and restocking household cleaning products and paper goods

Maintaining a neat, orderly, and presentable home environment

Daily cleaning of reception areas, administrative offices, consultation rooms, staff areas, restrooms, hallways, and non-clinical spaces

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and floor maintenance
-
Dusting furniture, fixtures, counters, and accessible surfaces
-
Cleaning glass doors, windows, partitions, and mirrors

Restocking restroom and breakroom supplies

Emptying trash and recycling receptacles

Maintaining cleanliness of waiting areas and patient-facing spaces
-
Cleaning and maintaining breakroom appliances including loading and emptying dishwasher daily

Organizing storage areas and supply rooms

Monitoring facility supply inventory and reporting needs

Supporting a professional, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff

Picking up and delivering office and household supplies

Transporting small orders, packages, and materials between locations

Assisting with inventory runs to local vendors or stores

Receiving and organizing deliveries

Reporting maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly
This position is not responsible for:

Any involvement in clinical, dental, or surgical procedures
- Handling regulated medical waste beyond standard housekeeping protocols established by the practice

Sterilization duties requiring specialized training or certification unless specifically trained by the employer

Major home repairs or skilled maintenance trades

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, hospitality, or facilities experience preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical cleaning activities throughout the day

Comfortable working in both a residential and professional office setting

Strong integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy

Valid driver's license required

Clean driving record preferred

Must be eligible to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy

Comfortable performing local driving and errand duties during work hours
