About Green Level Kennel:
We are a family owned business that takes pride in providing quality boarding experiences for our client's pets since 2003. We place high value on hiring and keeping good people to create consistency for the pets entrusted to our care.
Job Responsibilities:
There is a good amount of cleaning, feeding, and providing medications. You will also learn to do dog baths, trim nails and watching out for the pet's well-being. The best part of the job is the supervising of the dogs playing and of course the cuddles. If you’re grossed out by pet waste, you need not apply. As a full-time employee, you will be interacting with our clients in person which requires a pleasant service oriented demeanor.
Qualifications:
We expect you to be a high school graduate with a strong committed work ethic. We are looking for a positive person who loves animals and can get along well with their coworkers as well. We need you to have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and good phone and writing skills. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (average size dog) and able to handle a physically demanding day supervising animals.
IMPORTANT: Our business runs a split shift from 7:30am to 12:00pm and 2:30pm to 7:00pm daily. Our full-time staff generally works 5 days a week. Keep in mind you will need to come to work for morning and afternoon shifts multiple times a week, so long commutes typically don't work well for our employees. We strive to have flexibility while being as consistent as possible with the schedule.
