Caregiver (Senior Care Primary) – Chantilly / Fairfax / NoVA, VA 20151

TLC Family Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support older adults, with occasional childcare opportunities based on family needs. Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $20/hour for caring for 1–2 dependent/s, $21/hour for 3 dependents, and $22/hour for 4 dependents.
Bonuses: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives
Payment: Weekly direct deposit
Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week
Holiday Pay: Available for most nationally observed holidays
Paid Time Off: Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked
Healthcare: $0 primary care telehealth appointments and healthcare advocate services
401(k): Company match after 1 year of employment and 1,000 hours worked
Support: Join an agency that treats caregivers like family with ongoing coaching and 24/7 support
Schedule
Availability: 3–5 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Hours: Available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM for 8–10 hour shifts
Requirements
Age: At least 18 years old
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of senior caregiving experience (childcare experience is a plus)
References: Two professional caregiving references
License: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Communication: Reliable communication and texting for scheduling updates
Availability: Able to commit for at least 3 months
If Hired
Work Status: Authorized to work in the U.S.
Certification: Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment (or willingness to obtain)
Orientation: Complete an online orientation
