Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team FULL-TIME for DAYS, NIGHTS and WEEKENDS. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. MUST BE 21 or OVER.
Time Commitment:
Will be mainly responsible for the swing shift of 11am - 5pm, along with an occasional open or close of the store, and will also be required to work 2 Saturday shifts a month.
Duties:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping the checkout area tidy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product demos when necessary.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Cook food
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and stocking products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train new team members as needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a POS system.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move products and equipment as needed (over 25 pounds).
- Ability to work on your feet
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills and understanding of retail math.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stock inventory effectively.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
