As an Entry Level Management Associate, you will drive sales by identifying potential customers which will involve actively listening and presenting AT&T products and solutions. The Entry Level Management Associate will also be able to close deals that meet customers needs so our Entry Level Management Associate will be well versed in understanding the different wireless and mobile options available.
Our Entry Level Management Associate doesn't just manage existing accounts, they provide top-notch customer service and experiences. We have our Entry Level Management Associates collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, track your sales performance, and work toward exceeding your sales goals.
Entry Level Management Associate Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to effectively explain AT&T telecom solutions ranging from brand new Iphones and Androids, to monthly plans and benefits
- Work with customers to actively listen to their needs, which will make managing their accounts seamless and satisfactory
- Process any new orders for customers while with them to answer any questions promptly
- Engage in conversations with customers about their daily mobile and wireless usage so as the Entry Level Management Associate you can offer the best deal
- Stay up to date on all services available in their area and new promotions
- Work within a team environment to regularly development new skills and leadership roles within our company
Entry Level Management Associate Qualifications:
- Previously experience in a customer service, sales, account management, retail associate, or similar role
- Ability to work within a team environment and individually
- Time management skills to manage accounts and orders promptly for customers
- Ability to communicate with customers one on one with verbal and written skills
- Enjoys learning new skills and developing more knowledge to grow within the role
- Prior working experience in a telecommunications environment such as a retail store or with a company is a plus but not essential
