About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Fulfillment Worker to join our warehouse team and get orders out the door fast, accurately, and packed with care. Every package you pack represents our brand, so precision and speed both matter.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who already knows their way around a fulfillment operation and takes pride in doing it right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders quickly and accurately, meeting daily volume and productivity targets.
- Handle fragile and high-value collectibles with care — comics, slabs, Funko Pop, and sealed TCG products — using proper packing materials and methods to prevent damage in transit.
- Verify every order against the packing slip to ensure the right items, quantities, and condition before it ships.
- Maintain accurate inventory by pulling items correctly, flagging discrepancies, and keeping stock organized.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and stocked with supplies for efficient, uninterrupted packing.
- Meet quality and accuracy standards while keeping pace with a high-volume environment.
- Support receiving, restocking, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or fast-paced restaurant experience is required — you've done this work before and can hit the ground running.
- Speed with accuracy. You move fast without cutting corners, and your error rate stays low even at high volume.
- Strong attention to detail. You catch the wrong item, the missed piece, or the imperfect pack before it goes out the door.
- Careful, deliberate handling of fragile and valuable products.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic — you show up, stay focused, and get the job done.
- Ability to work on your feet for full shifts, and to lift and move boxes and inventory (typically up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse setting, including exposure to seasonal heat and variable temperatures.
- A team-player attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever the operation needs you.
- Interest in or familiarity with collectibles (comics, Funko, TCG) is a plus, but not required.
Growth & Opportunity
This role offers room to grow. Based on performance and business needs, strong team members may take on more responsibility over time.
Benefits
- Employee discount
- Paid time off
