About the Role
- Install high-quality tile in residential homes as part of kitchen remodeling projects
- Prepare, inspect, level, and repair surfaces prior to installation
- Measure, plan, and lay out tile according to specs
- Cut and install ceramic, porcelain, stone, and other tile materials
- Apply adhesives, mortar, grout, and sealants to ensure a durable, professional finish
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Redo Cabinets in customers' homes
Key Qualifications
- Previous residential tile installation experience required
- Strong knowledge of tile materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices
- Ability to accurately measure, plan layouts, and complete detailed finish work
- Experience using tile cutting tools and installation equipment
- High attention to detail with pride in quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
