Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred, not required.
- Knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to guest interactions
