The Role
We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and middle-market businesses. You will serve as a technical expert and a key mentor to our staff, ensuring we deliver top-tier service while maintaining a collaborative and efficient workflow.
What You'll Do

High-Level Review: Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals (HNW), partnerships, and S-corporations.

Strategic Advisory: Lead tax planning and consulting projects, including entity structuring and multi-year projections.

Engagement Leadership: Act as the primary liaison for clients, managing the relationship and identifying opportunities for additional consulting services.

Team Development: Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors, providing constructive feedback and helping them reach their professional goals.

Process Improvement: Contribute to firm-wide initiatives to streamline tax processes and enhance the hybrid team environment.
Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years of public accounting experience with a strong background in both individual and business taxation.

Certification: Active CPA license required.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation.

Leadership: Proven experience managing multiple client engagements and supervising professional staff.
