Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing apartment homes for new residents, completing maintenance work orders, and assisting with the overall upkeep of the property.
Qualified candidates should have experience in several of the following areas:
- Plumbing repairs and installations
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Lock replacement
- Interior and exterior door installation and repair
- Basic carpentry
- Painting
- Cabinet and countertop installation
- Sink and dishwasher installation
- Appliance repair
- Leak detection and repair
- Furnace and air conditioning maintenance and repair
- Swimming pool maintenance (preferred)
HVAC certification is a plus.
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule after successful completion of the training and qualification period.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to regularly lift 40–60 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, grip, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines and performance expectations
- Successful completion of a background check
- Professional references will be verified
Benefits are available following a 90-day introductory period.
