On-Site Recruiter

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated On-Site Recruiter to support our high-volume warehouse operation in Irving, TX. This position will serve as a key point of contact for warehouse associates, site leadership, and the staffing branch.
The On-Site Recruiter will be responsible for supporting associates, monitoring attendance, conducting regular warehouse walkthroughs, addressing employee concerns, documenting incidents, and communicating staffing needs with the branch.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on an overnight shift and has experience in recruiting, staffing, or a high-volume warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warehouse walkthroughs approximately every 3 hours to monitor safety, PPE wear, staffing, attendance, and associate needs.
- Track daily attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and other attendance-related issues.
- Address attendance and performance concerns and complete employee write-ups when necessary.
- Assist associates and management when a workplace injury occurs and complete the required incident report and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with the branch regarding open orders, staffing needs, and hiring requirements.
- Be present for clerical positions inside the warehouse
- Monitor staffing levels and proactively communicate potential staffing shortages.
- Maintain accurate employee records and staffing documentation using Avionté.
- Certify qualified associates on EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) and reach forklift equipment, in accordance with company requirements and applicable safety procedures.
- Communicate company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations to associates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with warehouse leadership and temporary associates.
- Respond to associate questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support the branch with additional recruiting and staffing activities as needed.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of recruiting, staffing, or related experience required.
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting or warehouse staffing environment preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Experience with Avionté preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during an overnight shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and conducting regular floor walkthroughs.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee situations professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Previous experience with attendance tracking, employee write-ups, or incident reporting is a plus.

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
This is a full-time overnight position. The successful candidate must be dependable and able to consistently work the assigned schedule.
