Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Laundry Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customer's laundry gets washed, dried, and folded in a timely and professional manner. We service many vacation rental properties and most of your work will consist of washing, drying, and folding linens for these properties while working alongside other members of our team.
This is a part time, seasonal position for now with the possibility to evolve into a permanent position. Busy season for our store is happening now, and will likely go until around labor day. We are looking for someone who can commit to Tuesday and Thursday mornings who can be there by 9 am (can get there earlier at 8 if you can). Your shift will be at least 3-4 hours, but could be more depending on our volume of laundry that day. Depending on the week, we may have more days we could call you in if you want more hours.
Responsibilities
- Keep the laundromat clean and organized by regularly cleaning folding areas and surrounding spaces.
- Assist in processing wash, dry, fold orders.
Requirements
- Experience with cleaning or laundry services is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with teammates.
- Ability to periodically lift at least 40 lbs.
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
