No previous insurance experience is required—training and licensing support is available for qualified candidates.
About the Role
You will speak with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs and assist them with enrollment options. This role is remote and involves online meetings, client outreach, and benefit consultations.
This position includes a base pay structure with additional performance incentives and commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients who have requested information
- Review available benefit options
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Follow up and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers
- Attend online training and development sessions

Compensation
Base pay with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission based on performance (not commission only).
