As we grow, we need someone who can manage the complex network of HubSpot workflows we developed over the last few years and add new functionality.

What You’ll Do
- Create HubSpot workflows with guidance from the rest of the team
- Listen to team feedback and change, update, or replace existing workflow systems and automations
- Work with the development team to use the webhook API to get actionable data into HubSpot
- Use Zapier to parse data and automate some tasks that HubSpot cannot handle
- Recommend efficiency gains in the company’s processes
- Set up systems to identify workflows that are not working as intended
- Debug and fix broken workflows and other issues in HubSpot
- Correct and clean HubSpot data as needed
What You Bring
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in advanced HubSpot, advanced Excel, or programming
- Basic experience with marketing is a plus
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple moving parts
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems
- AI-integrated task execution and process improvement
