Nurse Manager - Wound Care - Inpatient

This hospital located in Riverside County in Southern California is looking for a Nurse Manager - Wound Care Inpatient. Come move to this resort-style living town which offers warm, sunny weather year-round and join one of the top hospitals in the area.
Schedule:
10-hour shift - Inpatient Department
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- In this position you will oversee the staff & the Inpatient Department. You will plan, organize & direct the patient care functions. You will interview, train, develop & evaluate staff for the unit.
Assure implementation of Hospital Policies, Procedures & Care. Participate in Joint Commission inspections.
Education:
Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing
Licensure/Certification:
Required: California Registered Nurse (RN) license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA); 7069 Would Care Inpatient: WOCN certification by WOCN
Experience:
Required: Four (4) years of clinical RN experience in an acute care setting
Leadership experience
WOCN Certification
Compensation: Excellent Salary (depending on years of experience) & Benefit package. Relocation Offered!
