Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Boston area and broader New England market through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies proactively.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles within relevant industries, preferably with experience in the Boston or New England markets.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools; experience with CRM analytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation tactics, and project management principles.
- Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
