A Master Setter is responsible for assigned work, production area, project leadership and meeting quality standards along with project schedules.
Qualified candidates must have:
Skills as a master tile installer and site leader in hard goods
Ability to work on multiple tasks and function under time constraints
Organization skills
Ability to work safely
Ability to promote positive team attitudes
Ability to train others
Ability to communicate and coordinate with general contractors
Ability to read blue prints, drawings, and specifications
Tile apprentice program completion
CTI preferred - willing and able to take the Certified Tile Installer test once employed.
