■ Position Title : Finance Manage (Senior Accountant )
■ General Responsibilities :
1. Accounting & Financial Close
- Manage full-cycle accounting and monthly close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP (Strong understanding of US GAAP;
familiarity with IFRS or experience supporting IFRS reporting is a plus)
- Coordinate with external CPA firms for tax filing and compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
2. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and liquidity planning
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Execute vendor payments and manage banking relationships
3. Inventory & COGS Management
- Track and reconcile inventory from a financial perspective
- Manage cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation
- Partner with operations team on inventory planning and reporting
4. Financial Reporting & HQ Communication
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance summaries
- Align financial data and reporting with Korea HQ
- Support management decision-making with financial insights
5. Systems & Process Setup
- Implement and manage accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Build scalable financial processes and internal controls
- Improve operational efficiency across finance-related workflows
6. People & Administrative Support (Light Scope)
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration with external partners
- Assist with onboarding documentation and basic HR administrative processes
■ Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or treasury-related roles
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting in a small or mid-sized company
- Hands-on experience with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Experience with cash flow management or treasury functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience working with external accountants or tax advisors
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices preferred
- Experience in B2B Retail operations preferably within CPG welcomed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
