About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will play a critical role in producing high-quality, complex components by setting up and operating advanced multi-axis machining centers to meet tight tolerances.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate 5-axis mill/turn centers, CNC lathes, and boring bars to achieve precise production outcomes.

Interpret intricate blueprints and technical drawings to determine optimal machining sequences and tooling requirements.

Proactively adjust machine parameters, including speeds and feeds, to ensure parts consistently meet rigorous GD&T specifications.

Manage the full machining lifecycle, from loading programs and setting up fixtures to performing in-process inspections.

Maintain high standards of quality by utilizing advanced metrology tools to verify dimensions within .002 or tighter tolerances.

Optimize production efficiency by performing routine tool changes and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications-
5+ years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers in a production environment.

Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting GD&T, and working with G-Code.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and make manual adjustments to machine controllers for process improvement.

Physical capability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Demonstrated experience with Mastercam for programming and editing complex parts.

Background in a high-mix, low-volume job shop environment handling highly technical components.

Experience safely operating overhead cranes and rigging equipment for heavy part handling.
