Essential Functions
- Regular and on-time attendance for full shift schedule
- Greets vendors, customers, applicants and other visitors
- Operates phone system to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
- Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Support activities for the marketing department as needed
- Track inventory of marketing items (samples, wearables, etc)
- Assist with social media content
- Support activities for the customer service department
- Scan customer bill of ladings
- Scan and file blue slips
- File invoiced and in process customer orders
- Update and print monthly color sample labels
- Monitor website email and maintain dealer address book
- Maintain rep territory list
- Prepare sales rep order status reports
- Distribute dealer co-op statements to reps
- Collect sales reps COI’s for vehicle and work comp
- Process dealer credit apps and dealer approval/deletion letters
Required Education:
High school diploma and 1-2 years of experience in the field
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Ability to enter and verify information in various menus on a computer or similar electronic display
- Ability to read and understand required internal paperwork
- Work with others as part of a team
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain data.
- General office skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate telephone switchboard
- Ability to schedule time and complete tasks with numerous interruptions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to competently operate common office equipment
