Pay
- $0.65–$0.75 per mile, every mile paid, including deadhead
- 4,000–4,500 miles/week average (not guaranteed — based on lane availability)
- Detention and layover pay included
- Weekly direct deposit, every Friday
- Independent contractor (1099) position — you keep more per mile, but plan your taxes accordingly
Home Time
- 3–4 weeks out, 3–5 days home
- Predictable rotation, flexible reset locations

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12+ months OTR experience
- Clean MVR, last 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
