Join the Arisevida Care Team! Arisevida Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Sober Living House Manager to help oversee our supportive housing program. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about recovery, enjoys mentoring others, and is committed to maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. The House Manager will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the home, supporting residents in their recovery journey, enforcing house expectations, maintaining a clean and organized living environment, completing documentation, assisting with admissions and discharges, coordinating transportation when needed, and working closely with our clinical and leadership teams to ensure residents receive the highest level of care. Minimum Qualifications: - Valid Arizona Driver's License - Minimum of one (1) year of continuous sobriety - Peer Support Certification - Previous experience working in sober living, behavioral health, or a similar role - Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team player At Arisevida Care, we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job.
