We are seeking a full time night auditor Wednesday- Sunday
Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in property management systems (PMS) and reservation records such as OPERA or similar platforms.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
- Manage guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively using phone etiquette and client communication skills.
- Monitor hotel security systems, perform safety checks, and adhere to hotel emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
- Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hospitality reservation systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently, fostering guest relations and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, ideally with resort or hotel experience.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or equivalent hotel management software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and front desk functions.
- Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette.
- Previous night audit experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with relevant hospitality background are encouraged to apply.
