BANG!® is a brand of men’s activewear featuring premium beachwear and athleisure lines. Based out of Miami, our products are sold worldwide via an online webstore.
We are looking to hire an eCommerce Fulfillment Assistant. Position is Part-Time (20 hours per week, from Monday to Friday). We're looking for a new team member that feels comfortable working in a small business environment.
This position reports to the Manager of eCommerce Fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill, print, pick, pack and ship all online orders daily.
- Perform weekly inventory updates in our stockroom.
- Count and receive all incoming shipments and allocate/organize in warehouse.
Software/Platforms/Systems Used
- Shopify
- Ship Station
- DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS fulfillment platforms
- Pirate Ship
- Excel
- Word / Adobe PDFs
- Dropbox
- Email (Mac, Gmail, etc.)
Ideal candidate profile:
- Highly organized individual
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to work under time pressure and fulfill urgent orders
- Computer/tech proficiency
- Ability to work in a team
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- Proficiency with Shopify platform and Email preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with their hands, carry/organize shipment boxes within the stockroom.
Education
- High School or equivalent preferred

- Fully-Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)

- Work is on-site in our own warehouse facility (one location, Little River – City of Miami, FL)
