At Carolina Floor Solutions, we service businesses throughout the Tri-County area and beyond. You’ll travel to different customer locations and work with professional-grade equipment to deliver top-quality results.
We specialize in commercial floor care—tile & grout cleaning, carpet cleaning (hot water extraction and low-moisture encapsulation), and VCT/terrazzo stripping and waxing.
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented technicians who care about doing the job right and delivering great service. Prior floor care experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll provide training and can offer IICRC certification for the right candidate.
Schedule:
- Work is available during both daytime and evening hours
- Occasional weekend and overtime work when needed
- Position is part-time for now but may turn into full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and seal tile and grout
- Perform hot water extraction or low-moisture carpet cleaning
- Strip, scrub, and wax VCT tile
- Clean vinyl tile/plank flooring with auto-scrubber
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions appropriately
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum as needed
- Move and replace furniture such as chairs and tables
- Communicate supply needs, maintenance issues, and customer feedback
- Maintain equipment per manufacturer guidelines (preferred)
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements
- Report any accidents or injuries promptly
- Lift and move heavy items as required

Requirements:
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Have a working cell phone
- 1–2 years of floor care experience a plus, but not required
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
