The DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs is looking for an AM Line Cook who is passionate about food and about providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. As our next line cook, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish is cooked and presented following appropriate recipes, presentation standards, and with accuracy for the guest order.

Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Demonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associates
- Adhere to established storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products to ensure quality food is served
- Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items
- Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Set up cooking stations and fill them with all of the essential preparation items for a shift
Qualifications:-
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
- Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
