- It’s Physical: You’ll be moving, bending, lifting, scrubbing, and staying on your feet all day. This requires stamina.
- It’s Real Cleaning: Not just the easy stuff. Yes, scrubbing toilets (inside and out), showers, ovens, pet hair, and mystery stains are all part of the work.

Requirements
- Experience: minimum 1 year of Professional residential cleaning experience required.
- Location: Based on the North Coast (serving Astoria, Warrenton, and Seaside).
- Reliable Transport: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Technology: Smartphone with active data service.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift, bend, reach, climb stairs, and maintain an active physical pace.
- Background & Safety: Offers are contingent on a successful background check. We maintain a drug-free workplace (testing required after workplace incidents or signs of impairment).

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure hygiene and freshness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain health standards.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
- Clean floors using specialized floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and scrubbing to restore their appearance.
- Manage manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques for heavy items.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required by performing outdoor work such as sweeping porches or patios.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, and floor care techniques including carpet cleaning.
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions while maintaining efficiency through effective time management.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper implementation of sanitation procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, outdoor work, and prolonged standing or walking.
- Experience in dusting, surface sanitation, laundry processes, and using various cleaning tools to achieve optimal results.
