Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Concrete Pump Operator to join our team full-time, Monday through Friday. This role involves operating concrete pump equipment to support construction projects, with comprehensive training provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain concrete pump equipment in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure efficient and accurate concrete placement.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and all random DOT drug tests.
- Concrete construction experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $30 per hour during training, with eligibility for higher pay based on experience and performance.
