Taylor Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as sports management, in Northeast Iowa. We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Technician to join our team!
Duties (including but not limited to)
- Cleaning toys/equipment
- Create/maintain feeding therapy “shopping list” for speech providers
- Fridge/freezer temp log
- Remove crash pad covers each Friday to be laundered
- Take home feeding chair covers to launder and return to clinic
- Drive Talk to Me Technology devices to the post office/printery for drop off during lunch hour
- Check Medicaid eligibility for 170 patients 2x/month
- Label all purchased food for feeding therapy with purchase date and circle expired date before putting away
- Schedule patients' recurring appointments 3x/year
- Set up/clean up feeding therapy
- Replace toner/cartridges in printer as you see the need
- Cardboard breakdown & removal
- Take paper to shred bin in Plant services daily
- Checking/replacing batteries in toys
- Filing signed Dr’s notes that we have received back
- Help keep spreadsheets up to date
