Responsibilities:
- Respond to alarms and emergencies with appropriate actions.

Communicates and works with all departments in performing routine work in the facility.
Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High school education or equivalent.

Must have minimum four years of experience in general maintenance (prefer in hospital setting) and working with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electro-mechanical systems. Education in related field can substitute for experience.
