Perfect Patterns is looking for a experienced CNC CMM operator to join its team. The successful candidate should be able to;
Accurately set up and operate a CMM or layout arm
Programming equipment using PCDIMIS software
Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances and requirements
Use basic Excel and Word documents to create layout reports
Person must be familiar with measuring tools of the trade (indicator, micrometer, calipers, basic tool set)
Willingness to work overtime and complete a job within a short manufacturing schedule
Effectively communicate with design and assembly departments of ever changing schedules and requirements
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Technical degree preferred
Experience in tool making or complex machining preferred
Effective communication and writing/sketching abilities
The ability to work without supervision, utilize time wisely and make accurate decisions and must be a team player.
