Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home ABA Therapy
Adaptive Behavior Services is a new, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company beginning services in the community. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in growing alongside a developing practice and contributing to a strong foundation of clinical excellence and family-centered care.
The ideal candidate is flexible with their start date and interested in building a long-term career in ABA. As a new company, client services and available hours will increase as we continue to grow and serve more families. This position may begin as part-time with the opportunity to increase hours and transition into a full-time role as services expand, or remain part-time based on the candidate’s availability and goals.
RBTs will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes while receiving ongoing support and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Candidates should be comfortable working independently in family homes, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and adapting to a fast-paced and growing environment with weekly BCBA supervision and guidance.
Prior RBT experience is preferred; however, we welcome individuals who are new to the field and eager to learn. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is reliable and adaptable, values collaboration with families, and is interested in developing their skills and progressing as an RBT within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Candidates who are not currently certified but are interested in becoming an RBT may receive guidance and support through the certification process after hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. Support may be provided to obtain BLS certification after hire if needed.
- Must successfully complete a background check prior to providing services.
- Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or in a behavioral health setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interest in working with children and helping them develop meaningful skills.
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within the service area.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to receive ongoing training, feedback, and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment and support the needs of a developing ABA practice.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
