What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and reporting
- Prepare financial reports for management review
- Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to support company operations
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with payroll processing and account reconciliation
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a small business, team-oriented environment
