Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA (or similar certification) is preferred
-
5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities

Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Tax services experiences is strongly preferred
-
Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting. This role plays a key part in managing the close process, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Controller will also lead and develop accounting staff while partnering with leadership on budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
