Field Technician / Measure Technician

The Window Source of Atlanta & Athens is looking for a Field Technician / Measure Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on installation experience who wants steady income, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to stay in the industry without wearing a tool belt every day.
What You’ll Do
- Visit customer homes after the sale to verify all window and door measurements.
- Ensure orders are accurate before products are manufactured.
- Identify installation challenges and communicate solutions to the operations team.
- Assist with service calls and warranty inspections as needed.
- Document measurements, job details, and photos using company systems.
- Work closely with project managers, installers, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent our company professionally in customers’ homes.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience installing replacement windows and doors.
- Strong understanding of residential construction and installation methods.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and identify potential installation issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
