Digestive Health Partners is about people.
When you join us, you’re joining a thriving team of physicians, APs, and staff who think of each other not as coworkers, but as family.
Yes, we are in the beautiful mountains of Asheville and Hendersonville, NC.
Yes, the region is listed in the US News and World Report as one of the best 34 places to live in the United States.
Yes, you’ll get access to miles and miles of trails, scenic views, incredible wildlife, high-quality schools, and strong economic growth.
All of these are important reasons why people choose to work at DHP.
But DHP is more than just a place to work. DHP is a community. At DHP, everyone supports each other. Work-life balance isn’t an idea, but a fact. Many of our staff and APs have been with us for more than a dozen years not because of the region, but because they work somewhere that cares about their wellbeing and works hard to ensure they have what they need to succeed in their lives.
When the pandemic hit, DHP was one of the few practices in the country that avoided layoffs and worked to ensure all our staff were paid. While the entire country suffered, DHP was able to continue serving our community because of the dedication of the physicians, APs, and staff to this practice.
When Hurrican Helene hit the Asheville area, DHP paid our employees their full wages for that first week of recovery and was able to continue serving our community during the recovery efforts.
That kind of dedication doesn’t come out of nowhere.
If you’re looking for a place that cares about you and your family, that values what you value, that gives back to our community, that wants to ensure you’ve found not just a place to work, but a place to call home, then we want to hear from you!
