Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Receiving to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments while ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and compliance with company standards.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, shortages, or discrepancies.

Use RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems to accurately receive and process inventory.

Verify product quantities, SKUs, and purchase order information before inventory is received.

Report damaged merchandise, discrepancies, or receiving issues to leadership for resolution.

Stage, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock accuracy initiatives.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving areas while supporting 5S initiatives.

Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.

Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.

Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or receiving experience preferred.

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
