Schedule
- Part-time
- 24 hours per week
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:00 AM -3:30 PM

What You will Do
- Execute plan-o-grams to ensure accurate product placement
- Reset product sections
- Cut-in new items and remove discontinued products
- Ensure products are properly tagged and displayed
- Maintain key departments such as spices and cosmetics, including stocking and backstock organization
- Identify and report issues such as missing signage, incorrect pricing, or unsafe conditions
- Assist with local store remodels and special merchandising projects
- Travel between assigned store locations may be required
Work Environment & Expectations
- Work independently or with a team across multiple retail store locations
- Role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
- Assignments may take place in different store departments (including spices and cosmetics)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency is critical to success
- Reliable attendance is essential due to scheduled store work
Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience preferred
- Familiarity with plan-o-grams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Accurate execution of plan-o-grams and resets
- Timely completion of assigned projects and store visits
- Proper placement of new items and removal of discontinued products
- Store presentation standards and compliance
- Communication and teamwork with managers and store staff
